The vCenter Server is dependant on the ProtectedStorage Service that no longer existas in windows 2012
ProtectedStorage is a dependancy for most applications using .NetFramework in Windows 2012. A simple workaround is to remove the dependancy which will not affect your production application anyway unless you have clustering features unabled for this application.

Well this jotting space is about stuff i was beaten and forced to do. This was a pain to figure out and thought I should try and keep some notes.
I am putting those down a few days after I managed to read-figure out how to do this, so I might be missing some points. There has been a lot of hard work in Cut-Pasting all this so i might have got tiered in the end and missed some of my readings. 😛 Continue reading So You want IIS 7.5 – PHP – ASP – MySQL – PHPMyAdmin!
